Every family’s journey looks a little different, and support should feel the same. I offer a range of gentle, flexible services designed to meet you where you’re at. This includes personalised online support over 1–2 weeks and in-home support within your home, available during the day or overnight. Working together is supportive, personalised, and judgement-free. I take the time to truly understand your baby, your family, and what feels important to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Support is always gentle, realistic, and tailored to your family’s needs and values.
I’ll be right alongside you as you implement your plan, celebrating the wins (big and small) and offering reassurance in the challenging times. You’ll have a calm, experienced mentor who listens, encourages, and supports you every step of the way.
My goal is for you to feel confident, informed, and supported, not overwhelmed. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your little one’s sleep, practical tools you can continue to use, and the reassurance that you’re doing a great job!

We will use WhatsApp to connect. It is an App for messages and calling. You’ll be guided step by step on how to use the app when you sign up so you aren’t left feeling lost and confused.

I use responsive, evidence-informed settling strategies that are taught and used in Early Parenting Centres, including the centre I work at. These methods focus on understanding your baby’s cues, responding to their needs, and supporting them to develop sleep skills in a safe and nurturing way.
I do not use the “cry it out” or “controlled crying” methods. Instead, settling is responsive to your babies cues while giving them the opportunity to work towards self settling if that’s a goal of yours. All settling strategies are guided by your comfort level and adjusted as we work together. With real-time support through messaging on WhatsApp, or hands-on guidance during in-home visits, you’ll never feel alone or unsure about what to do.
-
There’s no “right” or “wrong” age to seek sleep support. It’s more about how you and your family are feeling. I support families with newborns, infants and toddlers, offering guidance that’s always tailored to your child’s developmental stage.
Some families reach out in the newborn stage to build gentle sleep foundations and gain reassurance, while others seek support later when sleep feels challenging or no longer sustainable. If you’re feeling exhausted, unsure, or simply want guidance to better understand your child’s sleep, that’s reason enough to reach out.
You don’t need to be at breaking point to ask for help. Support can be responsive, nurturing and adjusted to meet your family exactly where you’re at.
