This in-home consult provides intensive, hands-on support across naps, routines, settling, and sleep environment setup. Start time is flexible to suit your little ones sleep schedule so as though you can make the most out of the visit.
During your little one’s sleep periods, I’ll give your family space by sitting in my car so you can relax without feeling the need to host. If you're wanting to rest yourself, I can stay and watch the monitor and wake you when necessary. I remain close by, available for questions, and ready to support you as soon as your child wakes.
You will feel more informed, supported and confident to continue your new sleep strategies long after I leave. The support will continue with 2 weeks of weekday text support, as we work closely together to keep working towards your sleep goals.

My 12-hour in-home sleep support is a hands-on, personalised service with real time support. I’ll come directly to your home and provide overnight support and reassurance.
During the night, I’ll guide and implement gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep strategies while offering parents reassurance, education, and real-time troubleshooting. You’ll have the comfort of knowing the support is right there, responding to wakings with you, and modelling techniques that are sustainable long after I leave. Rest assured I will keep to myself when your child is sleeping, so as though you can rest too and don’t feel the need to entertain.
